Shipping

Within Australia:

 There are two time frames involved in order for us to fulfil your order:-

1. 'Production time' the time it takes us to make your piece.This can be up to 5 - 7 business days depending on the piece, but usually less than this,

2. 'Shipping time' (the time it takes the postage carrier to deliver it to you).

Shipping Times

       Australia Post  - Your order will take up to 5 business days from *dispatch.

A flat rate fee of $8 applies.

Australia Post Express  Your order will take 1-3 days from *dispatch.

A flat fee of $15 applies.  

*'dispatch' means the point at which your order has been completed and handed over to Australia Post for delivery to you.  

 For International:

      Australia Post International Express.  5-10 business days from dispatch.

     A flat fee of $29 applies.  

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to be processed and dispatched. 

 Frankie loves Fred is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. Whilst we love our Aussie Post, we cannot control their operations!

Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs . Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.
